Line-up Card Guidelines

Blank line-up cards can be found in the pouch located in the dugout.

Disposition

  • White copy: Place in the pouch located in the dugout.
  • Yellow copy: Give to the opposing team’s scorekeeper.
  • Pink copy: Are for your records.

General Guidelines

Print legibly.

Most of the Line-up Card is self explanatory; team name, time, date, home/visitors, shirt no’s, and playing position. However, when entering player’s name, the following guidelines must be used.

  1. Enter player’s full name (first and last name)
  2. If a new player is added to your roster, place an "X" on the line and the date he/she joined the team. Note: Only need to do this the first time player appears on the line-up card.
  3. Only enter players that are present for the game (even if they didn’t play).
  4. If a player arrives late for the game, they may be added on the line-up card.

When entering the final score, enter your score first and then enter the opposing team’s score.
