Accounting:

Purpose: To ensure that the league funds are properly accounted for. To ensure that league ledgers, financial statements, bank reconciliations are completed and provided to the board and membership. To assist in auditing or compiling the league records on an annual basis by the committee and/or an outside accounting firm. To ensure that the tax returns have been filed on a timely basis.

Membership eligibility: Accounting or financial or strong business background.

Bylaws:

Purpose:  To address any changes needed by obtaining proposals, reviewing these and making recommendations to the board and then to the membership.

Hall of Fame: 

Purpose:  The purpose of the South Florida Amateur Athletic Association Hall of Fame is to provide an ongoing historical perspective of the development of the league and honor those who have made significant contributions to the league

Membership Eligibility:  All nominees must meet the following criteria of eligibility:

w        Been a member of SFAAA/SFSL for at least five (5) years as either a player, coach, manager, or scorekeeper.

w        Made a strong contribution to the development, sportsmanship, and/or fellowship of the South Florida softball community or league.

w        Be in current good standing with the SF AAA League and national governing body, NAGAAA.

*Nominees may also include those currently not participating in the current season, those who have moved away from the region, and those who have also passed away.
